Christina E. Mitchell is a leadership expert focused on professional and organizational development. Working with individuals and teams, she is known as a passionate advocate for the advancement of women and marginalized populations in diverse and global communities through professional, economic, and community learning and development initiatives. Her work has taken her to Democratic Republic of Congo, Guatemala, and South Africa.
Mitchell earned her BA in Women’s and Gender Studies from the University of Oregon, her MS in Conflict Resolution from the University of Oregon School of Law, and her PhD from the University of San Diego School of Leadership and Education Sciences. She is an adjunct professor teaching Communication at Prince George’s Community College in Largo, MD. Mitchell’s most recent scholarship looks at reconstructing women’s leadership theory for the post-pandemic America.
Mitchell is currently based in the greater D.C. area.
